Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fj77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
